Return / Exchange Terms

Customers of the website www.renee.gr have the right to return a product they received, provided it does not fall under the categories of Audiobooks, Love gifts (Petite Box & Handmade René Chocolate), Flowers, Wine, Chocolates, or any other food item.


Conditions for Product Exchange – Replacement

  • The product must not have been used.

  • The exchange process must be initiated within 10 calendar days from the date of order.

  • The product must be returned by the customer along with the purchase receipt and in appropriate packaging that protects the product.

  • The product must not fall under the categories mentioned above (Audiobooks, food, gifts, etc.).


Reasons for Product Exchange

A customer may request an exchange/replacement for the following reasons:

  • Change of size

  • Change of color

  • Change of design

  • Received a defective product

  • Received a different product than ordered (shipping error)

The replacement product must not fall under the category of Audiobooks.


Product Exchange Procedure

The customer must contact the company’s Customer Service via email (info@renee.gr) or phone within 10 calendar days from the date of order and state the reason for the exchange.

After confirmation, the customer sends the product via ELTA Courier. Once the Returns Department receives and verifies the product is in its original condition, the new product will be sent.
Exchanges are handled exclusively through ELTA Courier.


REFUND – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The customer has the right to withdraw from a purchase made through the company’s online store.

This right must be exercised within 10 calendar days from the order date.


Conditions for Refund

  • The product must not have been used.

  • The refund process must be initiated within 14 calendar days from the order date.

  • The product must be shipped back by the customer at their own cost, with insured shipping, along with the purchase receipt, and in appropriate packaging.

  • The product must not fall under the category of Audiobooks.


Refund Procedure

The customer must contact Customer Service at info@renee.gr within 10 calendar days from the order date to request a refund. After confirmation, the product must be returned at the following address:

Once the return is received, the product will undergo quality control. If approved, the company will refund the value of the product (excluding any shipping and COD charges) within 10 calendar days and notify the customer via email.

Refunds are issued to the bank account specified by the customer.
The right of withdrawal is valid only for products returned in the exact condition received. Damaged, worn, or used items (beyond packaging opening) will not be accepted.
Please handle the products with reasonable care while in your possession.
