Rene Styliara was born in Athens.
She made her literary debut with the poetry collection "Discreetly" (2013). This was followed by the works: "Once Upon a Can..." (2018), "Arothymo Se" (2019), "...you were my person" (2020), "The Golden Ticket" (2021), "Love by Neglect" (2022), and the reissue of "Discreetly" (2023). All her books are best sellers.
In 2023, she published a new series of four gift books that speak about Friendship, Love, Hope, and Self-awareness, both in contemporary times and ancient Greek era, available in Greek and English editions. Simultaneously, in 2024, she created the book series "Our Words," consisting of 8 small booklets (Good Morning, Good Night, I Love You, I Want You, Sorry, I Miss You, You Are Wonderful [female], You Are Wonderful [male]).
In June 2023, Rene launched her own merchandise, completing the idea of the perfect Love Brand. To date, it includes over 200 products.
Alongside her writing career, she also works as a lyricist, with her lyrics already recorded by well-known Greek artists and major production companies.
She is the first in Greece to introduce handwritten lyric imprinting on social media, creating something fragile and romantic in a cold and electronic world, closely linked to imagery. Naturally, this innovation has since found many followers and inspired people to do similar work.
Her great success—especially with a challenging audience that previously did not read—lies in her ability to convey profound meanings with simple and understandable words. This is also her philosophy: there is no need to complicate things to convince others of their value.
She now has devoted readers who do not follow her merely as a popular persona but truly trust her because she expresses—all by their own admission—everything they cannot fit into words.
For years, she has been sharing raw pieces of her soul on social media (Facebook, Instagram). She openly shares with us thoughts, feelings, moments of life... "I write to give you strength through my own weakness. And you are always there to generously embrace my words and offer them refuge," she states.
And life continues through moments and words…
