What is a pre-order?
A pre-order product is an item you can purchase in advance from a new collection or a limited edition. This means the product is still in production when the order is placed and is not yet available in our warehouse. Once you complete your purchase at checkout, you will receive a confirmation email.
What are the advantages of purchasing a pre-order item?
The main benefit of buying a pre-order product is that you can secure the size or item you want without the risk of it selling out once it becomes available in stock. Some products may have high demand, and availability could be limited even before the item is physically in stock.
How long will it take for my pre-order to be shipped?
Waiting times may vary. Typically, the estimated wait time is 25 business days from the product’s launch date. Once the item becomes available in our warehouse, your order will be shipped within three days.
When and why might there be a delay?
In the unlikely event of a delay, our Customer Service team will contact you as soon as possible.
Can I cancel a pre-order item?
Yes, you can cancel your pre-order as long as the shipping confirmation email has not been sent yet. Once that email is sent, cancellations are no longer possible.
Can I modify my order?
Yes! You can change the items in your order based on availability, and only before you receive the shipping confirmation email. After that point, modifications cannot be made. Please note that changes are not guaranteed, and it may not be possible to alter the products included in your order.
