Your orders may take up to 2–3 business days at most, due to the current period, from the moment they are received by our warehouse for processing and you receive a confirmation email, in order to be prepared and handed over to the cooperating courier company.
There are delays observed at specific courier branches, exceeding 4 business days, and we are taking immediate action to minimize these delays.
For the Valentine’s Day period, shipments made from February 8–9 may not arrive in time (by February 13–14) in some areas.
